How to Write a Resume

Found a job that you are interested in and now you need a RESUME!! Lost for words on how to build one?? Well here is a couple of POINTERS!!

  • 1 First CENTER your type and enter in your NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, and EMAIL ADDRESS.

    Next Left Align your type and enter in your OBJECTIVE ((this statement should always start with the words TO OBTAIN ((For Example: To obtain a position that will further my edcuation while giving the opportunity for advancement and ability to use my skills to better the company

    Hit the Space bar ONCE and enter in your EDUCATION. ((SCHOOL NAME, DATES, CERTIFICATES EARNED, and GPA))

    Next enter your EXPERIENCE. ((WORK HISTORY, DATES WORKED (((month and year))) and SKILLS used while working there

    NEXT enter in the ADDITIONAL SKILLS that you will Contribute to the company... anything from being ORGANIZED to DETAIL-ORIENTED...

    FINALLY enter your ACCOMPLISHMENTS or VOLUNTEER work This si the section that makes you look really good!!

    PRINT your resume and hand it into your FUTURE BOSS!! WooHoo when is your first day of work??
